Customers at participating CiCi Restaurant locations received a scratch and win game card when they made a purchase during the promotional period. Over 800,000 instant win prizes were offered that consisted of free food at the restaurants. Customers had the option of entering their name into the drawing for the grand prize which was a $25,000 College Scholarship paid in a 5-year annuity beginning on their child’s 18th birthday.
